Payments and Checkout
We have set up our system so it’s the easiest, most secure method of checkout for our customers. You have 3 simple choices and can pay using your Credit/Debit card immediately using the first or second options –
- PAYPAL DIGITAL GOODS -you can pay direct on our website using “Paypal Digital Goods”. This loads the secure Paypal system direct on our website (also with SSL certificate to ensure maximum security for our customers). Please note, you do not need a Paypal account to use this, you can choose the option to “Buy as a Guest” and pay direct with your credit or debit card. Or you can log in to your Paypal account direct from our website and pay using your Paypal balance, bank account or registered credit/debit card on your account. This is the quickest, easiest method and offers maximum security. When you complete your payment you will be redirected to our website and will receive an email with download links to the images you just purchased (or an update on shipping information if you are purchasing a framed landscape picture.
- PAYPAL – You can redirect to the Paypal website, and either login or use your debit/credit card as a guest. As above, once checkout is completed you will be redirected back to the EQ Store website and your login detail or file download links will be emailed immediately to you via download links. You simply click on each link to begin download.
- DIRECT BANK TRANSFER – the slowest option. You send funds direct to our bank account using your BACS or CHAPS (or equivalent) system. Once funds have lodged we wills end you an email with links to your images for download
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from EQ Store/EQ Productions containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 3 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.
If you wish to query a delivery please contact us (be sure to quote your Order ID).

Refund & Returns Policy
Items Listed as “New”
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a seven day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please contact us (be sure to quote your Order ID) within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. EQ Store/EQ Productions will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
